Simple extractions or surgical method?

Surgical. Luckily I only have three, and one of them is already mostly in.

Good luck on that. You're probably better off any as you'll be under. Mine were in far enough to not need surgically extracted. So I was awake for the procedure. Fun.

Needs moar sidewall.
I got my wisdom teeth removed 2 years ago. It was a fun time. I tried counting to 10, got to 3 and woke up in the middle of walking into the house...

Good luck. Hopefully you will fare better than I did. The Army isn't really known for their great oral surgeons....

I got my quartet of wisdom teeth removed last year about this time. Didn't even go to sleep. Worst part was the injections of pain-killers. After they were removed from my head, I went and got my car washed. Because why let tooth removal get in the way of a day's priorities?
(No, really, I didn't want to go under while doing the procedure because it was massively inconvenient to the prior day's plans... So I opted to stay awake. I regret nothing.)

Wisdom and Molars. IMPACTED
The moral of the story is as long as you get put under, you're fine. The others have it WAY worse
